Program description
If you provide your mobile phone number on one of our forms (booking, contact, audit) and explicitly opt in to receive text messages, Summit Intake Solutions ("Summit Intake," "we") may send you SMS messages in three categories:
- Transactional — one-time confirmations of an action you took, such as a booking confirmation, a quote sent for review, or a project update.
- Appointment — reminders, reschedules, and time-of-day prompts for walkthroughs and calls you have booked with us.
- Marketing — occasional updates about new services, case studies, or events. Marketing SMS is opt-in separately and is always optional.
Consent
You are giving Summit Intake your express written consent to send you SMS messages at the mobile number you provided when you checked the SMS opt-in box on a Summit Intake form or replied with a confirming keyword. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and we will not refuse to do business with you because you did not opt in. We will not send SMS to any number that has not affirmatively opted in.
Messages are sent using an automated dialing system. By opting in, you authorize that.
Message frequency
Typically 4–10 messages per month, though the exact number depends on your activity (a client during onboarding gets more; someone on the marketing list gets a few). We do not exceed reasonable cadence and we respect quiet hours (we will not send marketing SMS before 8am or after 9pm in your local time zone, in accordance with TCPA quiet-hour rules).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. The exact rate depends on your mobile plan and carrier. Summit Intake does not charge you to receive our messages, but your carrier may.
Help
Reply HELP to any of our messages and you will receive an auto-reply with our support email and phone. You can also reach us directly:

The HELP auto-reply will read substantively: "Summit Intake support: email hello@summit-intake.com or call (850) 977-5843. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply."
Stop
Reply STOP at any time to any of our messages and you will be removed from the program immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message that reads substantively: "You're unsubscribed from Summit Intake SMS and will receive no more messages. Reply START to re-subscribe." You can also email hello@summit-intake.com with "STOP SMS" in the subject line and we will remove you within one business day. STOP applies to the specific number you texted from; if you have multiple programs with us, send STOP from each enrolled number.
Carriers
Messages are delivered to your mobile device through Twilio, an A2P 10DLC–registered messaging provider. Supported US carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro, and most regional MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
The mobile number you provide is used only to deliver the messages described above and to operate the SMS program. We do not share, sell, or rent your number to third parties for their marketing. Mobile information — including phone numbers and opt-in status — is excluded from any sharing with affiliates or partners for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or account holder of the mobile number you provide. Summit Intake's services are sold business-to-business; we do not knowingly enroll minors in any SMS program.
Changes
We may update this disclosure as the program or applicable rules change. Material changes will be communicated via SMS, by email, and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially expands the scope of messages you receive, we will request fresh consent.
