What's in the $297-a-month Start-up package?

The Start-up package is $297 a month: a six-page website on a domain in your name, missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, review requests to every customer, one-click text campaigns and on-site SEO. No setup fee and no contract. Here's everything that is in it, and everything that isn't.

That's the Start-up package. Anything bigger gets a custom quote.

What does a Pensacola website cost over 12 and 36 months?

Over three years my plan comes to $10,692. That's more than a DIY builder or Jump Start Marketing's $50 plan, about $1,730 more than Footbridge Media's $249 plan, and less than a custom agency build once hosting is counted. The table shows what each number buys.

Prices as listed on their sites, September 2026. Totals are simple math: monthly price times months, plus one-time fees. They leave out your time, texting costs, ads and domain renewals. Prices are theirs and can change.

Why pay $297 a month when a site can cost $50?

Because the $297 isn't only for the website. It also pays for the phone side: missed calls get a text back, form fills get followed up, and every customer gets a review request. If all you need is a site, a $50 plan or a DIY builder is the cheaper answer, and I'll tell you that.

When is a one-time build the better deal?

When you already have a way to answer missed calls and follow up, and you want to own a site outright with no monthly fee. Over three years, a $3,000 build plus inexpensive hosting costs less than my plan. You'd pay separately for changes and for any texting tools.

With my plan you own the domain and the files too. If you leave, the site files and your contacts go with you. What stops is the hosting and the automation, because that's what the monthly pays for.

Are there any other fees?

Only texts and call minutes, billed at cost: $0.008 per text segment and $0.018 per minute, about a penny a text with no markup. No setup fee, no contract to buy out. Online booking and reminders are an add-on we scope together if you want them.

How should I compare quotes from Pensacola web designers?

Add up what you'll pay over 36 months, not the first invoice, and ask the same five questions of everyone, me included.

  1. Whose name is the domain registered in?
  2. What happens to the site and my contacts if I leave?
  3. What does it cost over three years, hosting and texting included?
  4. What answers the phone when I can't?
  5. Who actually builds it, and who do I text when something breaks?

Pricing FAQ

Pricing questions, answered straight.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There's no setup fee, no build fee and no card needed to see the draft. The first charge is the $297 month, and it starts when you say yes.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Email me with two days' notice. There's no contract, and you keep the rest of the month you already paid for.

What's the refund policy?

Thirty days, counted from the day your site goes live. If you don't want it, for any reason, I refund the month. No conditions.

Will the price go up?

If it ever does, I'll email you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before it takes effect. That's in the terms.

How much will texting cost on top of $297?

Texts and call minutes are billed at cost with no markup: $0.008 per text segment and $0.018 per minute. For example, 500 text segments in a month comes to $4.
