I'll build your website for free. $297 a month is for the part that answers the phone when you can't.
I'm Drew. One guy, not an agency. The build costs you nothing. Once it's live, you pay $297 a month for a real website on a domain you own, plus the thing that texts back the call you missed while you were on a roof.
The website is free and the code is yours to keep, no matter what. The $297/mo covers what makes it work: hosting, updates, booking, and the automation that answers your leads. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel anytime — site stays live through your paid term, then I hand you the front-end files. Live in 7 to 10 business days.

Missed-call text-back · how a sample thread plays out
Those are industry numbers, not mine. I'll show you my sources and I won't quote you results I don't have.
Six things. One price. Every month.
The website is the part you see. The other five are the part that works while you're under a sink.
Your website
Five to eight pages on a domain in your name — the same kind of build our customers run today. Services, service areas, photos of your own work, a phone number that's easy to tap. It loads fast on a phone in a truck.
How the site is built 02Missed-call text-back
You miss a call. They get a text back in seconds that says you're on a job and asks what they need. Your text-back turns on about two weeks after we start, once the carriers approve your number.
How the text-back works 03New lead follow-up
Somebody fills out the form at nine at night. They hear from you right then, not at seven the next morning when you finally see the email.
How follow-up works 04Review requests
Job's done, invoice is paid, the ask goes out. No chasing people down from the driver's seat. No begging in person.
How review requests work 05One-click campaigns
You already have a list of people who paid you once. A slow week, a spring tune-up, a storm coming. One message, one click, out to all of them.
How campaigns work 06On-site SEO
Titles, page structure, service pages, city pages, clean markup. The groundwork done right on your own site. I won't promise you a spot on any results page. Nobody honest can.
What on-site SEO coversSee exactly what you'd be getting
Two minutes, start to finish. I walk through the free website you'd get and what the $297 a month actually runs behind it, so you can see the whole thing before you book anything.
$297 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel anytime.
Four different phones. Same machine underneath.
Our customers run this in floors, handyman work, lodging, and a marketing shop. Here's how the same six pieces play out across different trades.
Mid-pour, phone buzzing
A homeowner calls about a white garage floor while you're mid-pour on another one. The coat can't wait, so the call goes to voicemail. The text goes back in seconds, asks for photos and rough square footage, and the estimate conversation is moving before you've washed a roller.
Storm call at 11 PM
A limb goes through a roof at night and the homeowner is calling everybody on the list. You're asleep. The text-back answers first, gets the address, and asks whether morning or Wednesday works — so you open your phone to an inspection request, not a missed call.
Midnight booking inquiry
A guest two time zones away fills out the booking form at midnight for a June weekend. They get an answer right then, not when the front desk opens, and the follow-up keeps the thread alive until they've picked a room.
The form fill that doesn't go cold
A prospect hits the contact form and hears back while they're still thinking about you. Same-hour beats next-day, and the sequence keeps nudging politely until they answer or say stop.
Those are illustrative scenarios — how the system is built to play out, not case studies. The only numbers on this site are the industry benchmarks up top, with the sources printed next to them.

These are our customers, and these are their live sites. I'd rather you check the work than take my word for it — open them on your phone.

More on the workThree steps. About two weeks.
-
You tell me about the work
Book a time. Then we get on a call for about 25 minutes. What you do, where you drive, what you charge, what you want the phone to do. That's the whole call.
-
I build it
Seven to ten business days. Five to eight pages on your own domain. You look it over and tell me what's wrong. I fix it.
-
It goes live
Site goes up. Follow-up and review requests start. Your text-back turns on in about two weeks, because carrier registration takes one to four weeks and there's no way around it.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
I'd rather lose the sale than take money from somebody I can't help. If the leak's small, I'll tell you to keep your money.
This is for you if
- You answer your own phone, or it goes to voicemail when your hands are full.
- Everything you have online sits on somebody else's site. A Facebook page, a booking app, a directory listing. You don't own any of it. Their rules, their pages, gone the day they change something.
- You've got a list of past customers sitting in your phone and no way to reach all of them at once.
- You want a real website with your name on the domain, not a page you rent.
- You're a service business around Pensacola. Roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lawn, pest, concrete, remodels, hauling.
Skip this if
- Your phone already rings more than you can handle and you're turning work away.
- All your work comes from one general contractor and you don't want any more.
- You've got a site you like and somebody keeping it up. Stay put.
- You want me to promise you a spot at the top of the search results. I won't, and you should be careful with anyone who does.
- You want ads managed inside the $297. Ads aren't part of this offer. I do run ads for customers, but that's a separate add-on we scope together on a call, priced for your situation.
- You need it done by Friday. I need 7 to 10 business days and I'm not going to lie about it.
Try it for 30 days. If you don't want it, for any reason, tell me and I'll refund the month. No conditions.
That's the whole guarantee. There isn't a second page to it.
- The 30 days start the day your site goes live. Not the day you sign up, and not the day you pay. You don't burn your window waiting on me to build.
- Any reason counts. You don't like the look of it. You changed your mind. Work got slow. You don't have to explain it to me.
- Tell me and I refund the month. No form to hunt down, no retention call, no conditions.
- If you take the refund, the system comes down, but I hand you the site's front-end files anyway. The code is yours either way, and I'd rather say all this now than surprise you later.
- No setup fee
- No contract
- Cancel anytime
The first twenty clients keep $297 for life. Texts and calls bill separately at cost through a prepaid wallet, roughly $0.008 per text segment and $0.018 per voice minute, with no markup from me. All of the pricing details.
Straight answers
What does $297 a month actually do, and what doesn't it do?
It builds you a foundation. A real website on a domain you own, a text that goes back out when you miss a call, follow-up on new inquiries, review requests after a job, a way to message your old customers, and the on-site SEO work done properly.
Here's what it doesn't do. It doesn't make your phone ring by itself. It won't put you at the top of a search results page, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. It isn't advertising — ads are a separate add-on I run for customers who want them, worked out person to person, not part of the $297. It won't fix pricing that's too high or a crew that shows up late.
I'm one guy. What I'm selling you is a foundation that's yours and a system that answers when you can't. If somebody's promising you more than that for $297, ask them to put it in writing.
When does the text-back actually start working?
About two weeks after we start. Business texting goes through a carrier registration process, and it takes one to four weeks. Nobody can skip it, buy their way past it, or hurry it along. I file the paperwork the day you sign up so the clock starts as early as it can.
Everything else works before that. The site, the form, the follow-up by email, the review requests. Texting is the one piece that waits on somebody other than me.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
It's something, and it's not nothing. But you don't own it. Same with a booking app or a directory listing. It's somebody else's website, somebody else's rules, and it can change or disappear on a day you had no say in. You can't take the page with you and you can't take the customer list off of most of them.
A domain in your name is yours. Keep the Facebook page. Just don't let it be the only thing you have.
Who owns the site and the domain?
The domain goes in your name. If you already have one, we use it. The site is built for you and the code is yours to keep. If you cancel, the site stays live through the end of your paid term, then I hand you the front-end files. What comes down is the system behind it — the hosting, the booking, the text-back, the follow-up — because that's what the monthly was running. I say all of that out loud before you pay me anything.
What are the text and call charges, really?
They're separate from the $297 and they run through a prepaid wallet. Roughly $0.008 per text segment and $0.018 per voice minute. That's the cost, passed to you, with nothing added on top. You put money in the wallet, it draws down as messages go out, and you can see what it went to.
Is there a contract?
No. No setup fee either. It's month to month and you can cancel anytime. On top of that: try it for 30 days, and if you don't want it, for any reason, tell me and I'll refund the month. No conditions.
Are you an agency?
No. One guy, in Pensacola. You'll deal with me on the phone and me in your inbox. That's the upside and the limit of it. I can only take on so many builds at a time, which is why the first twenty get to keep $297 for life.
How long does the build take, and what do you need from me?
Seven to ten business days once we've had the first call. That call is twenty minutes. At the end of the build there's a 25-minute launch call where the site goes live while we're on it. From you I need photos of your own work if you have them, your service list, the areas you'll drive to, and an hour of your attention spread across two weeks. That's it.
How many clients do you have?
Four. Fortified Asset Solutions, Rescue 1 Epoxy, Top Mind Marketing, and Spirit West River Lodge. Their sites are on the work page — open them and poke around before you take my word for anything.
You'd still be early. That's the trade: you get a price that never moves and you get me answering the phone, and in exchange you're signing on with a small shop. The 30 days is there so being early costs you nothing.
Tell me what you do and I'll show you what your setup would look like.
Book a time. I'll come back to you with what I'd build, what it covers, and whether I think you even need it. If you don't, I'll say so.
$297 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel anytime. Try it 30 days from go-live and I'll refund the month if you don't want it.
