Tested in production
Every atom is in use right now at one or more live clients. Nothing in the library is theoretical.
We're a sub-brand of Gulf Stream Automation, an automation studio that's been wiring back-offices for service businesses since the year before "AI agent" was a phrase people said in meetings. Summit Intake Solutions is the product of those installs — the standard package we kept building over and over until we made it the offering.
Most service businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have an intake problem — the leads they pay for, leak. The phone rings during a procedure. The form gets routed to a busy inbox. The follow-up sits in a tab someone forgot to open. We watched this happen at clients who were spending real money on ads, and we got tired of pointing at the same broken plumbing.
So we built the same fix, slightly different, twenty times over. After enough installs we noticed the modules weren't really custom — they were variations on the same six themes: a website that converts, an intake funnel that qualifies, a chat bot that answers, a voice bot that picks up, a reactivation campaign that mines the cold list, and an automation chain that holds it all together. We took the pattern, named it, and made it the only thing we sell.
That's Summit Intake Solutions. We don't sell software. We don't license a platform. We walk in, design the workflow around your business, install the modules that fit, and stay on it — weekly numbers, weekly tunes — until your intake stops leaking revenue.
Every install we ship pulls from a library of 177 reusable workflow atoms — each one a small, opinionated piece of automation we've already shipped, debugged, and refined across multiple clients. Booking confirmations. Deposit captures. Review prompts. Reactivation cadences. Each atom has a known cost, a known integration surface, and a known failure mode. That's why we can quote in twelve minutes and ship in fourteen days.
Every atom is in use right now at one or more live clients. Nothing in the library is theoretical.
You don't pay for our learning curve. The atom that solves your problem has already been refined — we just compose it.
When we find a better way to do something at one client, every other client benefits the next time we run their tune.
Small team on purpose. Whoever picks up the phone is also someone who can ship the fix.
Designs the install. Runs the 12-minute walkthrough. Stays on the weekly numbers call until you don't need him on it anymore.
Two-to-three operators who configure GHL, build the funnels, train the bots, and wire the automation chains. Every install has a named lead.
The post-launch group: weekly reports, copy edits, broken bits, voice persona refinements. The "free ongoing support" promise is theirs.
Summit Intake Solutions is the productized intake offering of Gulf Stream Automation — an automation studio that takes on bespoke build work for clients who need something that doesn't fit a productized package. If you've outgrown the SIS tiers, that's where we go next.
If you've read this far, you probably know whether we're a fit. The walkthrough is the fastest way to find out.
